    Hi,

I've added the Juniper SRX 5000 series firewall in Zenoss, but not able to model this device, so we are unable to monitor any components for this device.

Also Collection interval has been set to 600.

Here is the output, when I tried to model the device.

    Ambarish,

We could use some more information for this problem.

    1. Perform a debug zenmodeler run against the device:

    serviced service attach zenmodeler
    su - zenoss
    zenmodeler run -v10 -d va1-cfw-1b-r27
    exit
    exit

    2. Get a list of installed ZenPacks:

serviced service run zope zenpack list

The output from those should help determine where the problem lies.
